Hi! I'm Joanna (or Jo),

I'm a strategic internal communications leader with global experience helping organisations scale, transform, and engage their people. I’ve partnered with C-suite executives leading communications through high-impact transitions; including multiple M&A (up to $5.7B) and divestitures, DAX listings, and large-scale workforce changes - ensuring clarity, alignment, and resilience in times of uncertainty.

My experience spans startups scaling for growth, global enterprises, and highly regulated industries. I’ve built and led internal communications teams and strategies for tech and fintech companies across LATAM, APAC, MENA, and Europe, with recent work in the US at a 112,000-person healthcare company. Whether advising on executive positioning, crisis management, or change communications, I help organisations strengthen culture, reputation, and trust at every level.

For Enterprise Clients

Enterprise & Large-Scale Businesses: For organisations undergoing major transformations, I provide hands-on leadership and strategic support, with services from retainer support to strategic building and fractional Internal Communications leadership, priced from €5K to €24K per month.

For Start-Ups & Scale-Ups

Startups to Scale-ups: High-growth companies can access part-time leadership, foundational internal communications support or strategic advisory support to guide key transitions, starting from €3K to €16.8K per month

Project Based Work

For organisations navigating change, I offer tailored projects such as training and workshops, roadmaps, support for hiring internal communicators - priced depending on the scope and complexity. Hourly rates are also available: €1,200/day or €150/hour for enterprise and €840/day or €105/hour for startups.

My pricing reflects the unique needs of each company - whether you're a fast-growing startup, a fintech scale-up, or a global enterprise navigating complex change. The final rate depends on several key factors:
 

Project Complexity & Scope
A communications strategy for a €1M acquisition differs from a €5B+ cross-border merger. Likewise, a leadership visibility plan for a 200-person startup is not the same as one for a 50,000-employee global enterprise.
 

Company Size & Budget
Larger companies often require more stakeholder management, regulatory considerations, and multi-region coordination, which influences the level of strategic support needed.
 

Level of Engagement
Some projects require hands-on execution, leadership coaching, or real-time crisis support, while others are more advisory in nature. The more intensive or urgent the work, the higher the rate.
 

Strategic Value & Impact
High-stakes projects (M&A, crisis communications, workforce transformation) require deep expertise and customisation, directly impacting pricing.
